5:30 PM to approximately 6:30 PM: Networking, Dinner, drinks, meet and greet. At this point in the meeting everybody will have an opportunity to introduce themselves, give us your elevator speech about what you do, and to give us your input about the real estate market.
6:30 PM to 7 PM: Time permitting we will do buy sell trade were folks who have properties they are interested in selling can offer them up, and folks from the crowd can pick up art their deal and ask them detailed questions about it.
7 PM to 7:30 PM After introductions networking: Once everybody has had the opportunity to hear with the other folks in the room do invariably folks want to go introduce themselves and do business with each other. During this point in our meeting folks are encouraged to go meet with other people that they can do business with or can help in some way shape or form.
